ICUBA is a nonprofit Multiple Employer Welfare Arrangement providing high-quality, cost-effective health and wellbeing benefits to its members. As a health care cooperative, membership is open to any nonprofit, private Florida education employer, including any member of ICUF or the Florida Council of Independent Schools (FCIS). Currently over 15,000 members from 23 employers are covered in the health plans offered by ICUBA.
