ICUBA is a nonprofit Multiple Employer Welfare Arrangement providing high-quality, costeffective health and wellbeing benefits to its members. As a health care cooperative, membership is open to any nonprofit, private Florida education employer, including any member of ICUF or the Florida Council of Independent Schools (FCIS). Currently over 16,000 members from 27 employers are covered in the health plans offered by ICUBA.
